PHOENIX — Truyo, a newly formed offshoot of Chandler-based IntraEdge Inc., is expanding its offerings in the privacy technology market with a significant investment from Intel Corp.
Truyo offers a variety of products focused around privacy and compliance that IntraEdge has been incubating for about four years. These products help large companies comply with ever-changing privacy laws and be transparent with the data they collect and how it is being used.
“It is big enough and successful enough now that we’ve decided to make [Truyo] its own standalone company,” Truyo President Dan Clarke said. “Intel has been kind enough to invest in that along with IntraEdge.”
Clarke declined to release the amount of Intel’s investment.
