SURPRISE, AZ — Residents in the West Valley have long awaited the arrival of a Whole Foods.
The City of Surprise has received a building permit application for the construction of a 35,000 square-foot building for future use as a Whole Foods Market, according to documents obtained by the Phoenix Business Journal.
The new store is slated to be built at the southeast corner of Waddell Road and Sarival Avenue, across the street from a Costco.
