The top six mansions sold in metro Phoenix in 2019 all were in Paradise Valley, totaling $78.5 million, according to research conducted by RL Brown Housing Reports.

It was a robust year for new and resale homes in metro Phoenix, including the luxury home market, driven by a strong economy, job growth and population growth, said RL Brown, publisher of the Phoenix Housing Market Reports.

All homes sold in the region last year that were priced over $5 million sold in either Paradise Valley or Scottsdale.

"As more and more companies relocate to this metro area from places like California, we can expect the luxury home market to enjoy further strong sales activity in the future," he said.
