Three people were detained Monday night after running away from a stolen vehicle they were riding in, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
Officials said the suspects abandoned the vehicle near 30th Avenue and Cactus Road shortly after 8 p.m., but they were apprehended a short time later without incident.
The suspects’ names were not released.
