Man caves...move over.
Luxurious closets have us captivated. Home buyers want to step into organizational heaven. Master closets with floor to ceiling custom shelving? Yes please.
Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty compiled this list of five Valley homes on the market with incredible walk-in closets.
The master bedroom’s walk-in closet is pure sophistication.
“The entire estate embodies the care and skill of architect Clay Scrivner, but the master bedroom’s closet closely embraces this care and skill,” said Tricia Cormie, listing agent with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. “An owner will absolutely love trying on different clothes in such an intimate and plush setting.”
What's better than an incredible walk-in closet? Two incredible walk-in closets. The master closet is two stories and there's even a secondary master closet.
“The master bedroom’s closet is truly spectacular,” said Cionne McCarthy, listing agent with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. “Measuring two stories in height, every solid custom wood-paneled cabinet was meticulously designed and executed. Each time you enter it feels as though you’re stepping into your very own private boutique store, filled with all of your favorite treasures!”
An all gray palette with purple accents make this an elegant place to store your extensive wardrobe.
“This closet is not only functional, but fashionable with an array of elaborate shelving and storage space,” said Monica Monson, listing agent with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. “With floor to ceiling mirrors and ample room to maneuver, it is the ideal dressing room for a home that is all about vertical living.”
Again, if one is not enough -- there's another.
“Each of the two master bedrooms’ closets offers plenty of space for clothes, but also has numerous drawers and cabinets,” said Frank Aazami, listing agent with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. “Additionally, posh chandeliers provide lighting throughout the entire walk-in closet, and it’s a very upscale setting for an owner seeking to store all of his or her belongings.”
Carrie Bradshaw's jaw would drop. Plenty of room for your friends Manolo Blahnik, Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin.
“When walking into this closet, a person will be in shock when they see all of the shelves for shoes,” said Kathy Reed, listing agent with Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. “With this space, an owner can find a place for every pair of shoes for every season.”
