According to a statement from Natalie Violi, Director of Corporate Communications:

"Earlier today, Henkel informed its employees that the company will combine operations with The Sun Products Corporation, which Henkel recently acquired, and relocate employees of both companies to a new combined facility in Stamford, CT. The relocation is expected to begin in Q2/Q3 2017 and continue until Q1 2018."

Henkel is located off of Loop 101 near Scottsdale Road. Violi said future decisions on the building have yet to be determined.

“The decision to relocate is a result of our evolving business needs and we are thankful to Arizona and its leaders for many years of partnership and support in the community,” said Jens-Martin Schwaerzler, President of Henkel Consumer Goods Inc. North America. “We are looking forward to the future, building on our more than 20-year partnership with the leaders and communities of Connecticut."
