Want to knock it out of the park with your next home purchase?

Check out this $5.4 million mansion on the market in Paradise Valley listed by Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty.

It's owned by Eric Chavez, who played in the MLB for the Oakland Athletics, New York Yankees and Arizona Diamondbacks.

After a long, successful career in the bigs, the former third baseman now works in the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim's front office.

But enough about the famous owner.  Let's talk about his digs.

Of course, it includes a baseball field and batting cages.

The Santa Barbara-style home was built in 2004. You drive up to a private gate, a circle drive and enough garage space to fit up to six vehicles.

The home boasts more than 10,000 square feet with six bedrooms that include six walk-in closets. The outside includes a horse arena and a grand stand! There's also a gazebo, pool, water slide and spa.
