This weekend you may need a break from the heat. The temperatures are soaring above 110 starting Saturday and could top out near 120 by Sunday!

So what can you do? Yelp named these following five shops the top places to get a cool treat:

Doc's sells handcrafted ice creams, gelato, sorbets, and other frozen treats. The shop is owned by a former Phoenix police officer and has only been open for about three years. They use natural and organic ingredients.

Take one look at their pitaya bowls and you'll gladly hand over your credit card. Yelp reviewer MsSakura J. wrote: "If you don't ever read another one of my reviews... please treat yourself to this Hawaiian treat! IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!"

IF YOU GO:  13825 N 19th Ave Phoenix

This is authenticity. Paletas Betty makes handmade Mexican pops and beverages from scratch with recipes straight from her home state of Michoacán, Mexico.

IF YOU GO:  96 W Boston St. #100, Chandler

With a name like Snoh, you know you're in for a treat. The unique frozen dessert was inspired by a dessert in Asia known as BaoBing. Snoh Ice is a cross between ice cream and traditional shaved ice. Yelp reviewer Lucky S. wrote: "The worst part about this place is deciding what to have." The shop itself is funky and artsy and hip. The menu is fun and unique.
