‘Kinky Boots’ the musical is coming to Phoenix

PHOENIX – The Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, Kinky Boots, is making a desert debut right here in Phoenix!

Starting Aug. 28, fans will have the opportunity to see this story come to life through the Phoenix Theatre Company.

Things look grim for Charlie Price’s shoe factory until he meets Lola, cabaret performer and drag queen, whose daring ideas might just turn the failing business around. Together, they hatch a plan to save the company and give intolerance the boot!

Tickets are on sale now and are priced anywhere from $40-$100 per seat. They may fill up fast so secure yours while you can!

The show will run from Aug. 28 – Oct. 13 with showtimes almost every night at the Mainstage Theatre.

Kinky Boots is based on a true story and features musical numbers by American singer/songwriter Cyndi Lauper and a book by actor/playwright Harvey Fierstein.
