Desert Financial giving away free movie tickets and loyalty cups for Father’s Day

PHOENIX – Attention all dads! We have the inside scoop on how you can go to the movies for FREE this Father’s Day. 

All you have to do is walk into a Desert Financial Credit Union. Yup, that’s all and no membership or purchase is necessary. 

Harkins Theatres teamed up with Desert Financial Credit Union for this giveaway as part of the union’s “Random Acts of Kindness“ campaign, which is focused on bringing smiles to their members and community. 

“All year long, we give away surprises, cash and experiences to help spread smiles to our members and the community. This week, we want to celebrate dads in a special way, and thought a day at the movies would be just the ticket,“ says Desert Financial President & CEO Jeff Meshey.

 Beginning on June 13, a pair of tickets to the movies and a Harkin loyalty cup will be given to the first 500 dads who walk into the Desert Financial Credit Union. Just tell the teller you are there for Father’s Day and walk away with a trip to the cinema. 

Here is a list of the participating unions and when they will be hosting the event:

Thunderbird- 5690 W. Thunderbird Rd., Glendale

Black Canyon- 6633 N. Black Canyon Hwy., Phoenix

44th Street- 2500 N. 44th St., Phoenix

Chandler Branch- 1949 W. Ray Rd., Ste. 34, Chandler

Alma School- 2355 S. Alma School Rd., Mesa

Paradise Valley- 4619 E. Cactus Rd., Phoenix

The giveaway will happen on Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. — 1 p.m. while supplies last. You can check Desert Financial’s Facebook page for updates on ticket availability.
