· 5 oz crepe
· 4 oz chicken
· 2 oz mozzarella
· 2 oz spinach
· 1 oz parmesan
· 3 oz truffle alfredo
· 1 dash of thyme
· Salt and pepper
Recipe
1. Spin crepe
2. Fold and flip crepe
3. Add mozzarella
4. Add truffle alfredo sauce
5. Sprinkle thyme, sald and peper
6. Add spinach
7. Add chicken
8. Fold
9. Garnish with parsley flakes

· 2 oz mozzarella
· 1 oz parmesan
