Lou Malnati's opens in Arcadia on Tuesday.
The opening near 56th Street and Indian School Road marks the second location for the Chicago-based pizzeria in the Valley. It is sharing a building with Kitchen 56.
The Arcadia location will open at 4 p.m. and will focus on delivery, carry-out, and catering, the pizzeria said. It will not have dine-in seating like its restaurant at Uptown Plaza in Phoenix.
A spokesperson said delivery will be limited to four miles of the restaurant. You can view the delivery-zone, here.
The hours will be Monday - Thursday, 4 p.m. - 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. - midnight, and Sunday, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.
Owner Marc Malnati said in the release that the plan is to open an additional six to eight locations around the Valley. In July, it was announced that a third restaurant -- its largest in the state -- would open as part of a new development in Scottsdale.
