New restaurant: Hand Cut Burgers and Chophouse to bring grass-finished burgers, steaks to Scottsdale

Beginning this week, burger lovers will be able to get their beef fix from a new restaurant in the Valley.

Hand Cut Burgers & Chophouse is the latest restaurant concept from Riot Hospital Group, which is the same group behind Farm & Craft, El Hefe and Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row.

The restaurant will serve burgers in a fast-casual atmosphere during the day and become a chophouse at night serving steaks, pork chops and other meats, according to a news release.

All of its meat will come from an unspecified Arizona farm and be "raised responsibly," "non-processed, non-hormone, clean red meat that tastes amazing," said Ryan Hibbert, CEO of Riot Hospitality Group, in the release.

Hand Cut will celebrate its grand opening tonight.

It is located at the Scottsdale Waterfront near Camelback and Scottsdale roads, across from Scottsdale Fashion Square.
