Phoenix foodies, who is ready to try a new restaurant?

Whether you're looking for a new spot to grab a drink after work or dinner during the week, more than a dozen new restaurants opened their doors last month.

BOURBON & BONES

Bourbon and Bones is a steakhouse along Scottsdale Road. They feature more than 75 whiskeys and bourbons, as well as aged meats. It was developed by Square One Concepts, the same group by Crab & Mermaid and Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers.

PEDAL HAUS BREWERY

Pedal Haus Brewery closed for three months over the summer for a major overhaul. It expanded the brewery and redesigned the interior dining room adding three separate bars and a community table, and the patio, adding community seating, a large game area and five semi-private bungalows. The menu features an upscale take on typical German flavors and bar favorites.

BUTTERS PANCAKES & CAFE

Butters Pancakes opened a second location in Scottsdale in September. The menu is a breakfast lover's dream -- 14 kinds of pancakes, six kinds of French toast, omelets, eggs benedict, waffles and crepes. According to their website, they also serve fresh-squeezed orange juice.

THE WOMACK

The Womack is the latest cocktail lounge to open in Phoenix. It pays homage to Chez Nous, a soulful nightclub that closed a few years ago. The Womack will feature live music, classic cocktails like the Sidecar and Old Fashioned, and inventive lounge food, like deviled eggs and filet bites.

GROWLER USA: AMERICA'S MICROBREW PUB

Growler USA is a craft beer microbrew pub. It has 100 taps for beer, wine, root beer and kombucha tea. They'll feature local brews from Four Peaks, SanTan Brewing Company, Papago Brewing and Grand Canyon Brewing. This is the concept's first location in Arizona. They have others in Texas, Hawaii, Oregon, North Carolina and Washington.

TASTY BOX

Tasty Box serves a variety of different Bento boxes. A Bento box is essentially a lunchbox with portion-controlled sections for protein, vegetables and grains. It is a popular concept in Japanese cuisine. Tasty Box offers chicken and vegetarian options.

PORKOPOLIS SCOTTSDALE

Porkopolis is a BBQ restaurant that has planted its roots in 2012 in Chandler. Last month, it opened a second location in Scottsdale near Scottsdale Road and Shea Blvd. Their mission is simple: to serve tasty BBQ "with a modern flair," according to their website.

CAVEMAN BURGERS

Caveman Burgers is all about natural meats, no hormones, antibiotics or fillers, according to its website.

CHEBA HUT

Cheba Hut is a pot-themed (they prefer "toasted" sub) sandwich shop. They've had locations in the Valley for a while now, but none technically were located in Phoenix - until September 2016. Cheba Hut opened its first Phoenix location off 7th Street close to downtown. 825 N. 7th Street, Phoenix AZ

THE HUB GRILL AND BAR -  MESA

The Hub is a southwestern sports bar in Mesa. In September, it opened a second location near the US 60 and Stapley. They have 12 different flavors of wings, a southwestern pizza topped with carne asada, and Baja chicken tacos.

SLIM CHICKENS

Slim Chickens is a southern-inspired fast-casual chain restaurant. They serve chicken tenders, chicken and waffles and chicken salads, to highlight a few. The jarred desserts look heavenly. Last month, Slim Chickens opened its first Arizona restaurant in Gilbert.

SNOH ICE SHAVERY

Snoh is a cross between ice cream and shaved ice. Last month, they opened a second location in downtown Phoenix. They have a variety of exotic flavors, like taro, thai tea and matcha. But they also have the favorites like chocolate, cotton candy and red velvet.

TIA SHORTY'S 

Tia Shorty's is a new Mexican restaurant in Scottsdale. It was created by Tina Padilla, who grew up helping her grandmother make authentic Mexican meals. Now, Padilla wants to share that with the Valley.

SHAKE SHACK

Shake Shack, the New York burger stand, opened its third eatery in Scottsdale's Kierland Commons. The chain is known for its shakes, fries and burgers.
