PHOENIX — Move over mimosas because there is a new boozy breakfast concoction hitting the morning menu: booze-infused doughnuts.

DOH Coffee and Drunken Doughnuts is set to open on Thursday, Sept. 12 in the former "Everything Bagels" location near 16th Street and Bethany Home Road in Phoenix. It is the latest concept from Dave Andrea, the founder of Brat Haus, whose Phoenix restaurant opened earlier this year and shares an open wall with DOH. (Brat Haus' original restaurant is in Old Town Scottsdale).

At DOH, people are able to purchase an array of gourmet doughnuts made by local doughnut shops and then, for an additional fee, inject them with a pipette of alcohol, including Kahlua, Grand Marnier, Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, and Baileys Irish Cream, thus becoming a drunken doughnut.

One such concoction is the Andes Mint doughnut, which was paired with Kahlua.

"We thought we’d infuse a little fun into the neighborhood and take some handcrafted and quality doughnuts from local bakeries and infuse a little fun with our little infusions," Andrea said during an interview with ABC15.

He said there would be between 18-20 doughnuts to choose from each day made by gourmet doughnut shops in the Valley, including Hurts Donut in Tempe.

Drunken doughnuts are not the only thing on the menu though. Andrea has teamed up with New York Bagels N' Bialys, which has two locations in the Valley, to carry their bagels. He will also have breakfast sandwiches, giant cinnamon rolls, and flatbread-sized Apple Fritters on the menu.

From the drink menu, Andrea will have Cult Coffee Roaster's cold brew coffee, Nitro cold brew, Wild Tonic Kombucha, and prosecco on tap, as well as drip coffee, Keto butter coffee, and tea.

On weekends, they will have bottomless mimosas, the "manmosa," which is served in a beer stein and has witbier, prosecco, and orange juice; and a Bloody Mary in a can.
