Chef Christopher Collins is opening a second location of his restaurant, Twisted Grove Parlor.
The restaurant will take over the space formerly occupied by Stella, an Italian restaurant, within the Biltmore Plaza Shopping Center near 32nd Street and Camelback Road, according to a news release.
It will have the same staples as the Scottsdale menu, including weekend brunch with a Bloody Mary bar and Champagne station, and "Twisted Hour," its version of happy hour, the release said.
It will also offer valet, a reported first for the shopping plaza. The restaurant is slated to open in August.
"Ever since I first opened Twisted Grove in Scottsdale two years ago, I've been looking to bring it to the neighborhood where I grew up," Collins said in a prepared statement.
Collins is renovating the space to add an entrance to the back of the building near the valet and open the dining room.
"This space has everything you could hope for; a great location, two dining patios overlooking 32nd Street., and a bright, airy dining room and bar," he said in a statement.
Collins and his dad started Common Ground Culinary in 2011. They also own Grassroots Kitchen & Tap, Sweet Provisions, and Wally's American Gastropub.
