Bobby Q's has expanded into Mesa.
The Valley-based barbecue restaurant opened its second Arizona location on Monday near the US 60 and Stapley Drive.
Bobby Q's has ranked in many Top 10 lists for BBQ in Phoenix, including ABC15's A-List, Trip Advisor and Yelp.
Restaurateur Bob Sikora opened the original Bobby Q's in Phoenix near 27th Avenue and Butler Drive 11 years ago. He said he traveled to major BBQ cities across the U.S. over 10 years to learn their techniques and recipes to bring that taste to Arizona.
The Mesa location is 7,800 square feet and features a rustic, backyard atmosphere with brick walls, wood accents, and string lights. There is a bar, social lounge, and large patio.
The menu features BBQ favorites like brisket, ribs, and combo platters.
