Three Arizona restaurants were named among the most scenic in America.
Last month, OpenTable released its list of the 100 most scenic restaurants in America for 2016. Two restaurants in the Valley and one in Tucson made the list.
Different Pointe of View, the fine-dining restaurant of Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, and The Patio at Las Sendas Golf Club in Mesa were signaled out for their beautiful views of the mountains and the sunset.
In Tucson, Vivace, a fine-dining Italian restaurant, also made the list. While OpenTable didn't mention the views specifically (and I have not eaten there), photos of the restaurant's interior showed beautiful rooms each with their own features and characteristics.
The list was curated by OpenTable using the reviews and opinions of its verified users from July 2015 to May 2016.
Thirty-four states were represented in the 2016 listing. California led with 24 restaurants, Washington had ten, and Florida featured seven.
American fare, seafood and international restaurants were the most popular, which, basically incorporates all of the restaurants on the list.
