PHOENIX — SanTan Brewing is partnering with local farms to send "spent grain" to feed cattle.
Rather than farm-to-table, this process is farm-to-table-to-farm again, creating a full-circle sustainable practice that benefits animals and farmers alike.
Plus, they are using a mash filter press to reduce water usage by 40% and a nitrogen generator to lower carbon emissions.
