West Valley drivers should expect delays on I-10 and Avondale Boulevard, as NASCAR races into Phoenix's International Raceway this weekend.
I-10 Westbound will be jam packed all weekend long and there will be a lot of restrictions, barricades, and traffic signs to get drivers where they need to go.

Sunday will be the busiest day, so drivers should consider taking the Park 'N Ride shuttle. Drivers can park their car at the Ak-Chin Pavilion on 83rd Avenue, just north of I-10, and then take the shuttle to the raceway from 7 a.m - 7 p.m.
For those driving to the event, be sure to check your parking pass to see which exit you should take off of I-10. That depends exit depends on your assigned parking lot.
On Sunday, the Good Sam 500 will conclude at approximately 3 p.m. with the heaviest outbound traffic expected from 3 to 6 p.m. The Avondale Boulevard exit will close periodically at this time to help with the flow of traffic.
