PHOENIX, AZ — Final preps are being done for the slew of spring training games scheduled for Saturday, but with rain in the forecast, many of those games may be washed out.

Bridget Binsbacher, the Executive Director for the Cactus League, knows the concerns of fans hoping to catch the games across the Valley.

She says that every facility has its own policy when it comes to games canceled due to weather. For games at the Peoria Sports Complex, a credit will be issued for a future game during spring training.

Games aren’t usually called before 10:30 AM, so Binsbacher recommends fans to go to their team’s respective social media pages and team websites to find out what’s exactly happening at the local facility.
