By early Sunday evening, this year's NCAA Tournament had already provided more monumental upsets and incredible finishes than we've seen in a long time.
And then, Texas A&M vs. Northern Iowa happened.
Two days after advancing to the tournament's second round with this half-court heave...
...Northern Iowa squandered a lead against Texas A&M that even the most die-hard Aggies fans would have considered impossible before it happened.
Through incredible defense (and some gaffes by the Panthers) in the game's final 40 seconds, the Aggies managed to erase a 12-point deficit to tie the game at 71 and force overtime. Texas A&M went on to win in double OT.
Sit back and enjoy the madness.
Northern Iowa alum Kurt Warner celebrated with the Panthers in epic fashion after their first-round victory. As elated as he was Friday, he was equally as miserable Sunday night.
My heart hurts 4 my guys @UNImbb ... I've been there & no words to ease pain - but a great group of guys who showed the world who they are!
