In the last several years, Toronto-born rapper Drake has become the unofficial celebrity sponsor of his hometown NBA team, the Toronto Raptors.
On Monday night, the Grammy award winner made his presence known on the court -- sort of -- by helping his team get the ball back in the final seconds of a close game against the visiting Chicago Bulls.
With his Raptors trailing by three points with 25 seconds left, Bulls guard Justin Holiday was set to inbound the ball right in front of Drake's courtside seat. Here's what happened next.

We don't know what Drake said to Holiday to ultimately cause a five-second violation and give Toronto the ball, but it was obviously effective.
The Raptors scored on their next possession to cut Chicago's lead to one point. But the Bulls got the last laugh, as they escaped Toronto with a 109-107 victory.
It was a hard-fought loss for Drake's Raptors, but as the rapper himself might note: They don't have no award for that.
