Six former Arizona State Sun Devils entered the Waste Management Phoenix Open -- and after three rounds, only three remain standing.
Predictably, Phil Mickelson leads the way. The three-time Phoenix Open champ shot a 6-under-par 65 on Saturday to improve to 8-under for the tournament.

The two other Sun Devils left in the tourney heading into Saturday's round were Matt Jones and Scott Pinckney. Jones was 3-over 74 on Saturday to bring him to +2 for the tournament, while Pinckney shot a 2-under 69 to bring him to -2 overall.
Jones, a 35-year-old Aussie, came in looking for his second-ever PGA Tour championship. Pinckney, a 26-year-old who attended Boulder Creek High School in Anthem, is a childhood friend of PGA star Rory McIlroy.
