It just keeps getting better for the Arizona Cardinals.
Arizona Cardinals Safety Tyrann Mathieu has been named the NFC Defensive Player of the Week after his standout performance in Sunday’s win over the 49ers.
Mathieu had two interceptions in Sunday’s game. He returned the first interception for 33 yards for his first career touchdown.
This is Mathieu’s first “Player of the Week” selection.
