The young Phoenix Suns will be tested away from home early and often next season.

The Suns will play 11 of their first 16 regular-season games on the road in 2016-17, according to their complete schedule released Thursday. That includes a six-game road trip in November that begins with a visit to the two-time defending Western Conference champion Golden State Warriors.

Before that trip, the Suns will host Stephen Curry, Kevin Durant and the Warriors in their second home game of the season Oct. 30. They'll welcome LeBron James and the defending NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers to town on Sunday, Jan. 8.

The Suns are coming off a 23-59 record in 2015-16, their second-worst season in franchise history. This year's Suns will be an especially young group, featuring a pair of 19-year olds, guard Devin Booker and forward Marquese Chriss, and 18-year-old forward/center Dragan Bender. The Suns selected Chriss and Bender fourth and eighth overall, respectively, in the 2016 NBA Draft.
