Junior guard Andre Spight has decided to walk away from the ASU men's basketball team with just four games to go in the regular season.
That begs the question: What's going on with the Sun Devil basketball program?
Spight is the second player to leave the program this season, while three others have been suspended for various reasons, leaving first-year coach Bobby Hurley with just 10 healthy, eligible players to finish out the season.
In simple terms, this is called building a program -- or growing pains. It's never easy to establish new ground rules. Some guys just aren't going to fit in, or even like the new plan.
But fear not: Hurley is a great coach, and he'll do great things at ASU. It's just going to take a little time.
