Cesar Sayoc, the man who allegedly mailed at least 13 explosive packages to high-ranking Democrats and opponents of President Trump, claimed in a deposition that he used to play arena football in Arizona, per The Washington Post.

In that deposition, the 56-year-old Florida resident also said he was a professional wrestler, played professional soccer in Milan, and worked as a Chippendales dancer. He claimed that he spent 35 years in the strip-club industry.

The Arizona Rattlers, the only team to have ever played professional arena football in the state, told ABC15 they have no record of Sayoc ever playing for them.

The Rattlers were founded in 1992 and played in the Arena Football League from then until 2016. They now compete in the Indoor Football League. The Tucson Sugar Skulls were just announced as an expansion Indoor Football League franchise in September.

A registered Republican, Sayoc has a history of arrests and convictions in Florida, per WPTV. In 1991, he served two years probation for third-degree grand theft/larceny in Broward County. In 1992, he was charged with petty larceny in Miami-Dade County.
