Phoenix Suns guard Eric Bledsoe was the team's leading scorer before he suffered a season-ending knee injury in December.
On Sunday, he took a break from getting back in shape for next season to attend a speech from America's 42nd president.
Bill Clinton, who was in Phoenix and Tucson on Sunday to help his wife Hillary Clinton win Tuesday's Democratic presidential primary in Arizona, mentioned Bledsoe during his speech at Central High School in Phoenix.
Clinton and Bledsoe also got a chance to chat for a bit.
A nice Sunday for @EBled2... he got a shoutout and a good laugh with President Clinton! pic.twitter.com/OrPukhvRa7

Is Bledsoe a Clinton supporter, or did he simply want to catch the ex-president while he was in town? Hopefully we'll find out soon.
