The Arizona Cardinals selected defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche out of Mississippi with the 29th overall pick in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft on Thursday.
It feels good, doesn't it?

Nkemdiche, a 6-foot-3, 294 pounder, was the nation's highest-rated prospect coming out of high school and, according to NFL.com, "has the talent to be an impact starter in the league."

Nkemdiche has had some off-field issues. He was suspended from last season's Sugar Bowl after being charged with marijuana possession in December. But USA TODAY's Nate Davis believed Nkemdiche would "be a steal" if he was available when the Cardinals' pick arrived.
Nkemdiche has an "exceptional build," according to NFL.com, and is a "wrap-up finisher who won't allow running backs out of his grasp."
Chandler Jones and Robert Nkemdiche now on same D-line in Arizona.
