Arizona Cardinals running back Chris Johnson left in the fourth quarter of the Cards' home game against the Los Angeles Rams with a groin injury.

The injury appeared to be non-contact as he completed a 7-yard run. He remained on the ground after the play before walking slowly to the sideline under his own power.

Johnson rushed for 36 yards on six carries before exiting. He had a first-half touchdown nullified due to a Cardinals holding penalty.

The Cardinals signed Johnson during the 2015 preseason. He rushed for 814 yards and three touchdowns before a fractured tibia ended his season. He has 97 rushing yards on 25 carries this season.
