It looks like the Honey Badger will be ready to go for the Arizona Cardinals' regular-season opener.
Safety Tyrann Mathieu, who suffered an ACL tear late last season, was not listed on the Cardinals' initial injury report released Wednesday.
What does Bruce Arians see from @Mathieu_Era to know he's ready? "About 2 interceptions every day. ... (He) has the energy and passion."

Wide receiver John Brown, who missed most of the preseason due to concussion symptoms, also did not appear on the Cards' injury report.
Cardinals linebackers Lamar Louis and Kareem Martin and running back Stepfan Taylor did not practice Wednesday due to knee injuries, while cornerback Justin Bethel (foot) and defensive tackle Frostee Rocker (neck) were limited. Linebacker Alex Okafor (biceps) was a full practice participant.
On the downside, Cardinals coach Bruce Arians announced linebacker Kareem Martin will be out 2-3 weeks with a knee injury he suffered during the team's final preseason game Thursday against the Denver Broncos.
The Patriots, who will travel to Glendale to face the Cardinals on Sunday Night Football, announced seven players were limited during Wednesday's practice, including All-Pro tight end Rob Gronkowski (hamstring), along with guard Jonathan Cooper (foot), whom the Patriots acquired in a trade with the Cardinals during the offseason.
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will miss the first four games of the regular season, including Sunday's game at the Cardinals, as a result of his "Deflategate" suspension. In Brady's place, backup QB Jimmy Garoppolo will make his first career NFL start.
