Along with being a five-time Pro Bowler, Patrick Peterson is a man of his word.
On Monday, the Arizona Cardinals cornerback donned a dinosaur costume during pregame warmups, a result of losing the team's weekly passing contest.
The next day, Peterson faced Seattle Seahawks receiver Doug Baldwin in a game of Madden NFL 17 in the first round of the Xbox NFL Player Charity Challenge.
Along with the opportunity to advance to the semifinals in a bid to raise money for their charity of choice, Peterson and Baldwin had a side bet: The loser had to go on Twitter and sing a few lyrics from a Taylor Swift song.
Welp... Peterson, who admittedly hasn't played Madden in a while, put forth a valiant effort but came up short.

And so, Peterson serenaded Baldwin, along with the rest of the Twitterverse, with a few lines from "Shake if Off" -- though he didn't get the lyrics quite right.

Fortunately, Peterson will have a chance at some payback Sunday, as he'll face Baldwin on the real field when the Seahawks visit the Cardinals in an NFC West division showdown.
