GLENDALE — LSU senior cornerback Terrance Alexander was ejected in the final seconds of the first quarter of the PlayStation Fiesta Bowl after throwing a punch at a UCF player.

The incident occurred as LSU recovered a fumble near midfield with UCF leading LSU 14-10.

Since he is a redshirt senior, the ejection meant the end of Alexander's career at LSU. Alexander transferred to LSU after playing at Stanford and is currently a graduate student pursuing an MBA at LSU.
