SCOTTSDALE — A person in a wheelchair has been struck by a dump truck near 85th Street and Indian School Road according to Scottsdale Police.
The victim has been transported to an area hospital, according to police.
It is unknown who the crash victim is or how they were hit as police are still investigating the cause of the crash.
