PHOENIX — UPDATE: Lamirrah Neal-Morgan has been found safe, according to Phoenix police.
ORIGINAL STORY:
The Phoenix Police Department is asking for the public's help searching for nine-year-old Lamirrah Neal-Morgan, who went missing on August 16, 2019 around 3:00 p.m. in the area of North 28th Avenue and Larkspur Drive.
Police say Neal-Morgan is a black female, nine years old, 3' 9" tall, and weighs 95 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Neal-Morgan was last seen wearing a bright orange shirt, turquoise leggings with orange rainbows on them, a purple backpack and pink, white and black colored Nautica tennis shoes. She also had multi colored bows in her hair, according to police.
