WITTMANN, AZ — The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man who stole a fire truck in Wittmann Tuesday evening.
Officials say at around 6:30 p.m., deputies responded to a man stuck on a fence near 323rd Avenue and Dove Valley Road.
During the rescue, deputies say the man took off with the Toyota Proving Ground truck and drove off into the desert.
