Have you received a call from AJ’s Auto Glass? You were not alone.

On Tuesday, Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a Consumer Fraud Lawsuit against the Prescott Valley business.

AJ's Auto Glass is accused of placing telemarketing calls to Arizonans on the National Do Not Call Registry.

The calls asked customers for windshield repair and replacement services.

The lawsuit alleges calls continued after consumers asked the auto glass company to stop calling them.

"This lawsuit should serve as a warning to telemarketers who ignore the law and continue to harass Arizonans on the Do Not Call list," said Attorney General Mark Brnovich.  "This office will take action against any business that blatantly violates Arizona's telephone solicitation laws."
