Officials are investigating after a California man fell to his death at the Grand Canyon.
The National Park Service said officials responded to a call on June 27 about a visitor over the edge at Mather Point.
Park rangers responded and located a body several hundred feet from the incident.
The victim has been identified as Jamison Whittaker, 23, of Irvine, California.
No other information is known at this time.
