Here are some of the best deals on groceries this week at Valley grocery stores.

October is Frozen Food Month and Bashas’ has a whole page of dollar-off frozen food deals for your cart, including one dollar off Blue Bunny ice cream and all sorts of chips including Doritos, Cheetos and Ruffles.

Since we're talking snacks, fruit deals are happening everywhere.

Fry's Food has red and black seedless grapes, and peaches and plums for 77 cents per pound.

Safeway has cantaloupe for $.97 each, that's two dollars off.

Albertsons has Honeycrisp apples for $.97 per pound.

And get four avocados for a buck at Food City.

For breakfast, Albertsons and Safeway have a digital coupon for General Mills cereal, Nature Valley granola bars, Gogurt and more. The deal is four for $10.

While you're there, both stores will get you a boost of energy with their Starbucks coffee deal -- $5.99 each, which will save you $1.

And for the meat, Bashas’ had the best price we found on boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, $1.43 per pound.

They also have St. Louis style ribs on sale, buy one at $8.99 per pound, get three free. That means those four bags will cost you about $2.25 per pound.

A great deal at Food City on boneless chicken leg meat and pork brisket ribs, just $.97 per pound.

And if you shop at Food City on Saturday and Sunday, get 2-liter Pepsi products for $.79 each.
