If you're looking for something fun to do with your family, we think we found the missing puzzle piece that will make you say, "You complete me!" Puzzling Adventures is the name, and scavenger hunting history is their game!
Here's how it works! Online, you select your state and then the city you want to explore. You go on your own time in your own ride. All you need to play is a mobile device with web access. In other words, your phone can be your tour guide!
Each adventure consists of a series of locations you are guided to. Then, you'll be timed to answer the questions or solve the puzzles to get your next instruction. You can stop the game clock to go home, explore, or whenever you want to take a break.
You can participate as a team, a couple or individually. You can compete with multiple teams. The people with the highest points win bragging rights. To get points, you must answer the questions correctly! You only have three chances to get each question right. Your points and game clock time will be combined to show your final score.
Jameson Anderson with Puzzling Adventures told us that all of their clues are unique, based on monuments and history. Anderson shared it's a great way for parents to get their kids to learn something new by simply playing a game. Plus, it's quality time together.
Puzzling Adventures has about 150 cities you can explore, and normally these mini-adventures would cost $29.99, but not for you. Smart Shoppers, you'll get half off for Sedona, Flagstaff, Jerome and Prescott! By the end of this week, use the promo code: ABC15 (in all caps)
You can play for up to a year with our deal! Here's some added information! If there is another city you want to explore, entering the promo code will give about $15 in credit for you to use toward the purchase! SCORE!
In case you need another explanation, here's how they describe this activity:
Puzzling Adventures™ is a cross between a scavenger hunt, an informative self-guided tour, and The Amazing Race®. Each adventure consists of a series of locations that you are guided to where you are required to answer questions or solve puzzles to receive your next instruction.
