The menu changes daily because they get their ingredients from the farmer's market and hand-pick their produce. Plus, they support local farmers. For example, they also use olive oil from Queen Creek Olive Mill.
Since they don't have freezers, and they make all of their pasta fresh using three ingredients, the menu online may not show exactly what you'll experience in the restaurant.

Torrisi told us that he's been the Executive Chef at Nico Heirloom Kitchen for about a year, and has been in the culinary industry for 16 years.
He explained the atmosphere as being family-oriented, not only because families come to enjoy the grub, but also because once you come in to visit, you're part of the family.
