In celebration of National Yoga Month, Laughing Buddha Yoga is teaming up with Salut Kitchen Bar in Tempe for a free yoga class on Saturday, September 26 from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
It's for all skill levels and you don't need to RSVP but you will need to take your own mat.
The class is on the patio of Salut Kitchen Bar.

Now that you've got in your workout, it's time to relax at Desert Ridge and Tempe Marketplace.
They will have free concerts from popular bands most Fridays and Saturdays.
The Bon Jovi Tribute Band will be at Desert Ridge Marketplace from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday, September 25.
They will perform at Tempe Marketplace from 7 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, September 26.
Other tribute bands include Aerosmith, Motley Crue and Earth, Wind and Fire.
Get a free salad at the new MAD Greens location at 7th Avenue and McDowell.
Tuesday, September 29, is their grand opening and they are celebrating by offering you a free salad of your choice.
I've had their salads and they are filling and delicious so it's worth giving them a try.
The freebie is Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the 7th Avenue location only.

Phoenix Fire Department and Walgreens is offering free flu shots for anyone 7 years and older.
You don't need to qualify or RSVP.
Phoenix Fire is also giving free immunization shots for kids who are eligible under the Baby Shots Program. Immunization records and proof of eligibility must be provided for the Baby Shots program.
All of the free shots are from 3 - 7pm Thursday, October 1st, at the Abrazo Scottsdale Campus, formerly known as Paradise Valley Hospital.
