FREEBIE FRIDAY: Enjoy free events involving pets, reading, movies and science!

Get ready for the Freebie Friday roundup!

Let's start with your furry family members. Fix.Adopt.Save. has set the goal to spay/neuter 900 cats and dogs over the weekend at five locations around the Valley, including both Arizona Humane Society campuses in Phoenix.

On Saturday and Sunday, FixAdoptSave is hosting a Free Spay/neuter event; surgeries will be done for FREE for pets under five years old, saving owners upwards of $300. Fix.Adopt.Save.’s efforts have reduce euthanasia rates in Maricopa County by 87 percent.

In addition, vaccinations and microchipping will also be done for FREE with the surgery!
