Fourth of July sales happening all over Valley grocery stores

We got the grocery ads early and the timing couldn't be better because grocery stores are really making it worth your while to shop Fourth of July sales.

It's time to make your list to help you save the most.

 

Let's start with meat for the grill!

Food City has bone-in split chicken breast or whole fryers for 87 cents per pound.

Prefer ribs? Safeway and Albertsons have pork spareribs or country style ribs for $1.77 per pound. Fry's Food has pork back ribs for that same price.

Back at Safeway, you can get Atlantic salmon fillets or wild caught shrimp for $5.99 per pound.

Johnsonville bratwurst or dinner sausage is on sale two for $5 -- but this is only valid during their three-day sale, June 29th through July 1st.

At Fry's Food, grab Hebrew National or Nathans beef franks for $1.99. That'll save you a buck.

At Albertsons, you can get USDA choice beef petite sirloin steak or chuck tender fillet for a good price; buy one package at $12.99 per pound and get three free.

 

Food City has sides during their three-day sale; you can get a 10-pound bag of potatoes for $1.29. They also have three heads of iceberg lettuce for a buck.

Albertsons has ten ears of corn for that same price.

 

Fruit deals are everywhere!

At Bashas’ get a 16-ounce container of strawberries for just 77 cents.

At Safeway, a screaming deal on cherries -- 97 cents per pound.

You can also get three pineapples for five bucks and blueberries are on sale, buy one six-ounce container for $3 and get two containers free.

At Fry’s Food, grab an Arizona cantaloupe for 75 cents.

And Bashas’ has 16-ounce containers of strawberries for 77 cents.

 

Also on the list are drinks!

Albertsons has a digital coupon that gets you $2 off an 8-pack of Gatorade.

Safeway has two-liter bottles of coke... Pepsi or 7-Up for 77 cents each.

And all of their rose wines are 20 percent off.
