It's time to kick off the holiday shopping with RetailMeNot's Cash Back Day!
All day Thursday, November 7, you can get an average of 20 percent cash back by shopping at around 250 retailers. Some are even offering cash back as high as 40 to 60 percent.

This is like an unofficial kickoff to Black Friday, Cyber Monday and all of the shopping holidays. It's a great time for you to start buying those presents because this year's holiday season is slightly different.
"Something that is different this year is that there is a shorter shopping season. So, we are seeing 26 days this year compared to 32 days in the past," said Sara.
