Father's Day is this weekend, and I have a roundup of ways to celebrate the special father figures in your lives!
There will be four categories below, including activities, restaurants, Tempe Marketplace and Westgate Entertainment District.
ACTIVITIES:
- At Westworld Paintball Adventures on Sunday, June 16, buy your pass, and your dad plays FREE! Or you can buy yourself a pass and equipment rental, and your dad gets the same FREE!
- AZ on the Rocks is inviting dads to climb for free on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and they will be offering a four-day pass package for only $40. Four day passes without gear would normally be $75.24. So, you'll save!
- At Uptown Alley in Surprise, dads bowl free along with shoes or get a $10 game card with a purchase of an entree from Red Embers Bar and Grill.
- On Sunday at Scottsdale Museum of the West, dads get FREE admission, and it's half off for everyone in his party from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Harkins Theatres' Father's Day deal means that members of My Harkins Awards who purchase a $50 Harkins gift card through June 16 will receive a $10 Bonus Award directly to your account. It's free to become a My Harkins Awards member.
- We were told that parents play for FREE this Father's Day at all Uptown Jungle locations in Mesa, Chandler, and Peoria.
- All fathers can play at the award-winning Quintero Golf Club on Father's Day for only $59! They will also receive a bounce-back card to use at their next visit for around a rate of $39, valid until August 31, 2019. Now, there are a ton of restaurant deals. Most involve a discount, a free dessert, and well... beer! Cheers!
- Hand Cut Chophouse in Scottsdale is serving up "Pints for Pops" on Sunday, June 16. From open to close, dads will receive a penny pint of Bud Light. There is a limit of one per customer.

- Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row is hosting "Pitchers for Pops" on Sunday, June 16. From open to close, dads will receive a penny pitcher of Bud Light. There's a limit of one per customer and is valid at all three Valley locations in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Gilbert.
- When you pay for brunch at Arcadia Farms Cafe, dads will enjoy a complimentary sampling of three Huss Brewing Co. craft beers on a flight and a complimentary Chocolate Cake just for Dad. This deal is for those 21 and older.
- Take Dad out for dinner or lunch at a Valley Famous Dave's anytime during Father's Day weekend, and he will score a $10 reward card to use on a future visit. This is only valid in Chandler, Peoria, Mesa Riverview or San Tan Village locations from open to close on Sunday.
- Both Luci's at the Orchard and Pomelo at the Orchard are offering $3 draft beers for dad in honor of Father's Day on June 16.
- Dads who dine in at Twin Peaks in Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Glendale on Father's Day will be invited to come back anytime through the rest of June for a buy one get one handheld burger, sandwich, or tacos free with a purchase of equal or lesser value.
- On Sunday, June 16, locally-owned restaurant, Ghost Ranch in Tempe, will offer Dads draft beer for a penny with a purchase of a Cowboy Steak dish. The Cowboy Steak features a 14 oz. prime Ribeye paired with crispy fingerling potatoes, roasted tomatoes, and topped with chimayo chile sauce, confit shallots, and fine herbs. All ingredients are locally sourced and crafted in-house by the chefs.
- Matty G's Steakburgers & Spirits in Mesa will offer FREE root beer floats to all dads and grandpas with the purchase of any meal on Father's Day. The rootbeer floats, made with frozen vanilla custard, would regularly cost an additional $5 each.
- At Farmboy Market, Meats and Sandwiches, when guests purchase two pounds of the same smoked meat by the pound (including Pulled Pork, Chopped Beef, Smoked Meatloaf, Pulled Chicken and Smoked Chicken Salad), they receive one pound of Arizona grass-raised ground beef for free! The offer is valid on multiple two-pound orders. On Father's Day, dads get a free meal from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. with the purchase of any regular item on the breakfast/brunch menu.
- All Thai Chili 2 Go locations around the valley are offering dads an entrée at half price with the purchase of a regularly priced entrée.
- On Sunday, Wildflower (formerly Wildflower Bread Company) is offering dads a FREE loaf of Sourdough Batard from open until close (while supplies last)! A batard is a type of baguette that is shorter and almost football shaped.
- Guests are invited to celebrate dad on Sunday, June 16 at The VIG Restaurants with a savory brunch from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with live music at select locations, as well as a complimentary $10 gift card for the first 20 fathers to arrive.
- At all five Chompie's locations on Sunday, treat your dad to anything on the menu, pair it with a draft beer, and you'll get a second one for only $1.
TEMPE MARKETPLACE (the following deals are only available at Tempe Marketplace):
- At As You Wish Pottery on Friday, June 14 from 5 to 9 p.m., share donuts and memories with dad. Pick any project you want for just the price of the pottery. Plus, free studio fees for Dad on June 15 and 16.
- At Genghis Grill on Sunday, June 16, it's $2 domestic bottled beer, $2 Bud Light pints, and $3 Dos Equis pints.
