Labor Day is right around the corner. If you're starting to plan now and are comfortable with a staycation, check this out!

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess has two different offers going on right now.

ARIZONA RESIDENTS SCORE 40% OFF:

Back by popular demand, Arizona residents can score 40% off the best available rate if you book through December 29, 2020. Here's an extra bonus. The resort fee is waived for stays through September 7. So, just to be extra clear, if you book stays from September 8 through December 29, you can still score the 40% off rate, but you'll have to pay the resort fee.

Click here to learn more. I'm told that blackout dates do apply, though they are limited at this point.

FINE PRINT: This is the fine print from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess website, "Package "starting from" rates vary by season, are subject to change at any time, and based on availability. Featured rate is plus tax per room, per night, based on occupancy and subject to availability. Valid Arizona Driver's License required upon check-in. In compliance with current government restrictions, the resort service charge will be waived for stays through September 7, 2020. For more information on the Arizona Residents Offer, call us directly at 480.585.4848."

"STAY CLOSE" PACKAGE = BOGO DEAL!

The second offer is called "Stay Close", and it's essentially a BOGO deal. Stay one night, get the second night free. The website says, "Every Second Night Is On Us." Click here to learn more!

The website explains, "That means you'll receive one complimentary night for every night's stay until December 29, 2020. Rate displayed is the average rate per night and includes the Complimentary Night rate."

When you go to check out, it will take the rate for one night, split it and apply it to both nights. For example, if the rate was $300 per night, and you selected this "Stay Close" BOGO offer, it would show as $150 for each night. However, when you check out of the hotel, the portfolio would show a single charge for one night, $300, and $0 for the next.

FINE PRINT: This is the fine print from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess website, "Buy one night and receive a complimentary second night during the same stay. A 1 night prepaid fully-refundable deposit is required. Flexible Cancellations: Guest planning to stay at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess prior to and inclusive of September 30, 2020 may modify their reservation for a later date without any modification fees (subject to availability and applicable rates and conditions) by contacting the hotel directly.

This promotion is subject to availability and may not be combined with any other offers, promotions or packages. For stays through December 29, 2020. Blackout dates may apply. Rate displayed is the average rate per night and includes the Complimentary Night rate.

For more information or to book the Stay Close offer, call 480.585.4848. The Stay Close offer has been extended for booking until December 29, 2020."

SAFETY MEASURES:

No matter which deal you choose, it's important to note that they are waiving cancellation fees through September 30. Face masks are required. A direct source from the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess shared that they are enforcing all city, county and state mandates. Groups are limited to ten or fewer in the restaurants and pools. They also follow all CDC and state guidelines for sanitation. Click here to learn more.

Enjoy!
