The deal is with School of Rock, and I have to say, we’ve had incredible experiences at these schools. The teachers were patient, fun and simply phenomenal.
The children went on and on about how they love learning but not feeling like they are in school. They said the camp allows them to also be very creative.
The school has several camps for beginners and for those with a little more experience. It's for children ages 7 to 18 and they will learn everything from the basics of playing different instruments to see where their true passion lies. They will even create promotional materials and write and perform their own music.
In some of the camps, the children have a chance to take what they learn to a real stage and perform live as a band.
The camps are at three valley locations, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and the regular cost is $500.
