Labor Day weekend is just days away and grocery stores are already kicking off sales to get you ready.
Meat, meat and more meat.
Every grocery store we checked had sales including a deal at Food City, $1.57 a pound for 73 percent lean ground beef. Other stores had buy one and get one, two and even three for free.
Another thing for the grill, sweet corn, eight for a buck. Awesome deal at Albertson's.
Back to Food City, they have green bell peppers and cucumbers on sale, five for $1.
Frys has drinks covered…Gatorade, Propel and Arizona Tea for $.55 each (you must by 10 for that deal). They also have Coca-Cola, Pepsi or 7-Up on sale, get four 12 packs for $8.88.
The best deal we found on Powerade this week is at Albertson's, $.44 each when you buy 12.
But Bashas’ has an even better deal, eight for $.96. They also have Pepsi and Mountain Dew on sale, four 12 packs for $8.88.
